Shipping Policy

Serverflake prioritizes shipping on time the most. Most orders are shipped within twenty-four hours. Listed below are the shipping services we provide and their associated cut-off times:

 

US Ground Service – this service is available to ship addresses in 48 US states excluding Hawaii and Alaska

Next Day AM Service – Means Approximately the Next Business Day in the Morning.

Next Day Service – Means Occasionally the Following Business Day

2 Day Service - Indicative of two Business Days

3-Day Service - Represents Three Business Days

 

For all priority shipping services the cut off time is 12PM EST

 

International shipping - Ships in 2-3 days, but the transit time can be as long as 7 to 10 days.

 

Orders Placed During Holidays:

Orders placed during Holidays or Weekends are shipping on the next business day as soon as the Holiday or the weekend is over.

 

Delays in Shipping:

All orders require processing time. Transit time is the only aspect of shipping services that is guaranteed. This excludes the time necessary to complete your purchase. Please keep in mind that the majority of orders are shipped the same day (not including holidays or weekdays), but some orders may take longer to process.

 

We are also not liable for any delays caused by extreme weather at the origin or destination of any item sold.

 

As we are not liable for weather-related difficulties encountered by our Carriers, regardless of Carrier Claims, we also cannot guarantee accurate shipment timings. If the carrier is late without our fault, no shipping reimbursement will be granted.

 

Shipping Not Offered:

We do not offer to ship to hotel guest rooms.

Neither do we ship to Post Office Boxes.

We also do not offer to ship to UPS retail locations.

NOTE: Your shipping and billing address must be the same. If this is not the case, then we may need to contact you for the verification and it may cause shipping delays.

 

Free US Ground Shipping:

We offer free ground shipping on some select items. This offer is valid for shipping addresses within lower 48 states.
