Return Policy

Serverflake attempts to make the whole ordering, shipping, and installation process as easy as possible for its customers. Occasionally, despite all efforts and care, there is a possibility that something may go wrong, and you may desire to return the merchandise.


During such circumstances, please submit an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) request by accepting the terms and conditions listed below.


NOTE: Serverflake is not liable for technical mistakes and has the right to reject or cancel orders for items listed with inaccurate information. The return of Products acquired pursuant to this Agreement shall be regulated by our Return policies set out in this Agreement on the date shown on the invoice. Serverflake ultimately reserves the right to alter or abolish these guidelines at any moment.


Non-Returnable Products:

Products that are not returnable and will be returned to you at your expense if received by us include:

◾Any item not bought from Serverflake, Inc.

◾ Items lacking a valid, visible serial number, ranging from but not limited to items with missing, damaged, changed, or otherwise illegible serial numbers.

◾Items returned without the original packing or accessories, including the original box, manuals, cables, and any other things that were originally shipped with the product.

◾ Any item exhibiting physical harm

◾ Items for which a mail-in refund has been submitted

NOTE: Software, Licenses, and Shipping Costs/Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.


30 Days Return Policy:

Items may be returned within 30 days after purchase for a replacement or refund. Longer than that, any sort of return or replacement will be rejected.

After 30 days, the manufacturer's warranty, if any, applies. Warranties provided by manufacturers vary by product type, and the manufacturer must be contacted.

Some opened items cannot be returned. Unopened Retail Opened boxed products cannot be returned. You may return the product directly to the manufacturer.


Customer Orders The Wrong Product or Does Not Want the Item:

If a customer orders the wrong product or has faced a change of mind, he must cancel before goods are dispatched. Otherwise, a Restocking Fee of 30% will be applied.


It is best not to open the item and repackage it completely in the original packing and return it within 10 days. The goods must not be opened with the manufacture seal intact. Otherwise, 30% restocking fees will be applicable.


The items must be returned unused and in resalable condition, including all accessories, packaging, etc., within ten days of the buyer signing for the goods. The customer will be responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment, as well as obtaining insurance for loss or damage during transit; if the customer fails to do so, lost goods liability will fall upon them.


Received Defective or Faulty Item:

If you have noticed a defect, please submit an RMA request. You must include the order number, the time of purchase, and the serial number of the defective merchandise. After confirming that the defective item is still covered by warranty, one of our experts will attempt to address your issue by phone or email.


The customer will receive a replacement after we receive the faulty item. Only identical items will be substituted for defective ones. If the substitute is unavailable, we will refund your purchase.

NOTE: For Dead on Arrival RMA claims, a RMA Fee will be charged if the product is proven to be functional.


Items Damaged in Transit:

Please decline the shipment if you get a shipping box that is visibly damaged. Not you, but the transportation company is accountable for these damages. Contact the carrier for an inspection if, upon opening the container, you notice that the goods were damaged during transit. If your order arrives damaged, save the original packaging and contact carrier service to report the damage.


Then, please contact us and we will file a claim on your behalf.


For filing an RMA request, the customer must provide us with the following information:

a) The Order number

b) The Serial number

c) Reason for return and Required Action

d) Whether the packaging has been removed or is still sealed by the manufacturer
